2. SERVER ACCESS & USAGE

Upon successful payment and verification, server access will be provisioned based on the plan selected.

Misuse of server resources, attempts to hack or exploit the infrastructure, or use for unlawful activities (e.g., phishing, spam, attacks) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without any refund.

3. REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

No Refund After Activation: Once server access credentials are delivered, no refunds will be processed under any circumstance.

Pre-Activation Cancellation: Cancellations made before server access activation will incur a 10% administrative fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Rescheduling or Batch Change: If requested by the user or company after activation, rescheduling is subject to availability. No refund is applicable in such cases.

Discounted/Promotional Plans: No refunds or credits are available for discounted or promotional services.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for 99.9% uptime and uninterrupted server access, but there is no guarantee of absolute continuity due to factors like maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages.

We are not liable for internet issues, system failures, or hardware/software malfunctions on the user’s end.

5. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others;

Upload viruses, malicious code, or unauthorized files/software;

Use the service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or harmful links;

Reverse engineer, copy, or modify backend scripts or server architecture;

Sell, rent, or sublicense access without prior written consent from IT Cloud Academy.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, server configurations, tools, and materials provided by IT Cloud Academy are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

You may not duplicate, publish, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

Unauthorized use of logos, branding, screenshots, or server-side materials is strictly prohibited.

All prices, offers, and server packages are subject to change without notice.

We aim to keep information up to date, but technical errors or miscommunications may occur.

Any pricing error will be corrected and communicated. If you have already paid, your service terms will remain unchanged for that specific transaction.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activities.
