REFUND POLICY

Refund & Rescheduling Policy – Server Access Services
Effective for all server sales and related services offered by IT Cloud Academy
1. No Refund After Activation
Once server access has been activated and login credentials shared, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
2. Refund Before Activation
If a cancellation request is made before the server is provisioned and access is provided, 10% of the total paid amount will be deducted as administrative fees. The remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Service Rescheduling or Changes by Client
If a participant or client requests to reschedule, delay, or change the server or batch after activation, no refund will be provided. However, changes may be offered subject to availability and approval.
4. Failure to Use the Service
If a client fails to utilize the server during the rental period, no refunds or extensions will be granted. The full rental term will apply as scheduled.
5. Discounted or Promotional Plans
Services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Technical Issues
We ensure smooth server performance. If any technical issues arise from our end and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a replacement or rescheduling at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
7. Misuse or Violation of Policy
Any violation of our usage policy, abuse of access, or unauthorized activities will result in immediate termination of service without any refund.
